Jack and the BEANSTALK

‘Ah! The magic beans,’ said Jack.
He started to climb the beanstalk and climbed
quickly up and up and up to the sun and the clouds.
He was not afraid.
I read Jack and the BEANSTALK, a level 3 book in PENGUIN YOUNG READERS.
Jack and his mother were very poor. They had no food so his mother asked him to sell the old cow and buy some food. Next day he met old man and the man asked Jack to change five beans for his cow. He did so. They were magic beans! He climbed the beanstalk and saw a giant man. The giant man wanted to eat children. Jack climbed beanstalk everyday and he took the man’s things. But the man found him and chased him😱 Can he run away?
