Tom, Joe, and Lizzie are college students and one day, they visit Windish Costumes to interview the Carnival Queen, Rosa about the carnival. Tom, Joe, and Lizzie make a plan to discover the climinal in Tom's studio and make the equipment such as the microphone to record sounds about five meters away. In addition, they set up the camera in the hall and it takes a photo when someone walks near it. They also begin to search about Haper.
